WWE Q3 News: WWE Studios Actually Made Money in Q3

– This may shock you, but WWE announced today in their Q3 financial report that revenues for WWE Studios increased to $2.5 million as compared to $1.7 million in the prior year quarter. The increase in revenue was due to the performance and timing of results from the Company’s portfolio of movies. During Q3, WWE Studios released Scooby Doo! & WWE: Curse of the Speed Demon and Interrogation. So far for 2016, WWE Studios has made $900,000. This time last year, they were running at a $1.3 million loss.
