– It was expected that this week’s Raw would fall to a new low on the Fourth of July, and indeed it did. Monday’s episode brought in a 0.93 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.658 million viewers, down 17% and 14% from last week’s 1.12 demo rating and 3.093 million viewers. The numbers were the lowest for the show to date and the second time Raw dropped below a 1.0 demo rating this year, the previous being a 0.98 on June 13th.

Despite this, Raw still won the night among cable originals, topping Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta’s 0.91 demo rating and 1.878 million viewers. In fact, Raw actually scored a higher demo rating than most of the broadcast network shows as well, behind only the Macy’s Fourth of July Fireworks Spectacular on NBC (1.5 demo rating). And on a somewhat positive note, the rating increased from throughout the porogram while viewership stayed largely stable. The hourly numbers are below:

8 PM: 0.88 demo rating (2.663 million viewers)
9 PM: 0.94 demo rating (2.668 million viewers)
10 PM: 0.98 demo rating (2.643 million viewers)
