WWE Smackdown Live

– Along with the Q2 financial report, WWE also released their Key performance Indicators for the quarter. There has been a lot of discussion regarding the WWE Raw and Smackdown ratings, which have been on the decline.. The slide below looks at the decline in the show’s ratings, as compared to the USA Network (the home of both shows) as well as the top 25 cable networks from this time last year.

Both WWE Raw and WWE Smackdown are still bringing in numbers well above the average of the USA Network and the top 25 cable networks. That’s the good news. The bad news is the rate of decline from quarter to quarter. The top 25 cable networks have seen a drop of 5% and the USA Network has declined 7% from this time last year. Smackdown has dropped 10%, while Raw has decline 11%.
