– Smackdown was mostly steady this week, down just slightly in the rating while rising an equal amount in viewership. Showbuzz Daily reports that Tuesday’s episode brought in a 0.79 rating in the 18 – 49 demographic and 2.576 million viewers. Those are down 2% from last week’s 0.81 demo rating but up 3% from 2.505 million viewers. Both numbers were below the 0.95 and 2.725 million for the 900th episode a couple of weeks ago, though that isn’t a fair comparison and outside of that show, the last two weeks have been the highest-rated shows since September.

Smackdown ranked #3 for the night among cable originals, behind HISTORY’s The Curse of Oak Island (0.87 demo rating/2.969 million viewers) and HGTV’s Fixer Upper (0.82/3.386 million).
