Dana White to Address Future of Khabib Nurmagomedov at Start of UFC Fight Island 7 on ABC

The UFC has announced that UFC President Dana White will kick off the main card of today’s UFC event on ABC and discuss the future of UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. White will be going live at 3:00 pm EST.

Previously, Khabib Nurmagomedov announced his retirement from the sport of MMA last October after defending his title against Justin Gaethje. White recently met with Nurmagomedov earlier this week to discuss his career and the course of action with the lightweight title.

Today’s UFC Fight Island 7: Holloway vs. Kattar card will be broadcast live on ABC. Former UFC featherweight champion Max Holloway will face No. 6 ranked fighter Calvin Kattar in the main event.

Prelims for the event will stream exclusively on ESPN+ at 12:00 pm EST. The main card will air on ABC and be simulcast on ESPN+ and ESPN Deportes at 3:00 pm EST.
