Middle-Earth is the granddaddy of all fantasy settings, and The One Ring, the RPG set in the franchise, is available on discount in a limited bundle. The Bundle of Holding, the tabletop RPG version of the Humble Bundler, is offering a bundle of the Sophisticated Games and Cubicle 7 Entertainment-produced game giving players a chance to get their hands on the game and several sourcebooks.

The One Ring was first published by Cubicle 7 in 2011 and is set in J.R.R. Tolkein’s fantasy world between the time of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. The bundle allows players to pick up the Core Rulebook, the Loremaster’s Screen and Lake-Town Guide, the Adventurer’s Companion and Journeys and Maps for $19.95. There is an additional level if you pay more than the threshold price (currently $31.73), which will also get you the campaign The Darkening of Mirkwood by Gareth Ryder-Hanrahan, the Rivendell location guide and the adventure collection titled Tales from Wilderland.

Meanwhile, if you already have all of those books and/or want to expand your One Ring collection, the service is offering a “One Ring Journeys” bundle with the Horse-Lords of Rohan and Erebor – The Lonely Mountain sourcebooks along with the scenario collection Ruins of the North for $14.95. Paying more than the $26.23 threshold additionally garners you the The Laughter of Dragons adventure set, the location guide for Bree and the Oaths of the Riddermark adventure collection.

The One Ring line is set to be discontinued by Cubible 7 next year due to contractual differences with Sophisticated Games. Cubicle 7 also publishes Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, the Doctor Who Roleplaying Game and another Tolkein-set game, Adventures in Middle-earth, the latter of which will be ending along with The One Ring.
