Capcom Announces Nintendo Switch Port of Resident Evil 7

Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 7 is making the jump to the Nintendo Switch. The company announced on Monday that the 2017 iteration of the survival horror franchise will be ported to the Switch with Resident Evil 7: Cloud Edition. The port will allow Switch owners to play the full game without having to download it, utilizing cloud technology and a secure online connection.

The new edition will include the main Resident Evil 7 along with all DLC add-ons: Banned Footage Volume 1, Banned Footage Volume 2, End of Zoe and Not a Hero.

The trailer for the new port is below. The game will arrive in Japan on May 24th, with no release date in the US announced yet.
