Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Game Informer has revealed four concept art photos for Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The game is set in the Western Ghats, the mountain range in India. It will be released as a standalone game in stores and digital download. However, if you already bought the Uncharted 4 Digital Deluxe Edition or the Explorer’s Pack, you’ll get the game as a download at launch later this year.

Creative director Shaun Escayg said: “It gets a little more personal with Chloe than we’ve ever gone, tying the culture and stories of the Hindu gods, even the story of the Hoysala Empire and the kings that ruled there.

Here’s a synopsis: Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is set to feature Chloe teaming up with Nadine Ross, one of the villains from Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. The pair team up in order to recover a fabled ancient Indian artifact and keep it out of the hands of a ruthless war profiteer. Together, they’ll venture deep into the mountains of India in search of the legendary artifact. Along the way, they’ll learn to work together to unearth the mystery of the artifact, fight their way through fierce opposition, and prevent the region from falling into chaos.
