FlipSid3 Tactics took home the top prize at WSOE 4: The Rocket League Showdown over the weekend. FlipSid3, aka F3, defeated NRG Esports in the finals of the offline tournament to claim a $50,000 first place prize.

F3 earned a spot in the tournament via a first-place finish in the European Qualifying open tournament, advancing for EU along with PSG Esports. The group stages set the stage for the finale to come, with NRG and F3 going undefeated in their groups to earn first-round byes. NRG fought off G2 Esports in the semifinals with a strong 4-2 victory, while F3 were dominent against C9 with a 4-0 sweep. The finals went back and forth with NRG claiming the first round and F3 taking the next two — one in overtime. NRG Esports evened it up but were then swept in the last two rounds to give FlipSid3 Tactics the win.
