Way back in June 2019, WB Games and NetherRealm Studios announced that the comic book character Spawn (voiced by Keith David), would be one of the future DLC characters for Mortal Kombat 11. However, fans have been left waiting to see the character make his Mortal Kombat debut ever since. However, NetherRealm finally shared some details on when there will be at least a Spawn gameplay trailer dropping for the DLC.

There will be a Spawn gameplay trailer for MK11 debuting on March 8 for the Final Kombat event. Also set to appear are Shang Tsung voice-actor Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, and Spawn voice actor Keith David. One could likely assume that the gameplay trailer for the Spawn DLC will offer up more details on when that DLC is going to drop.

Final Kombat will also feature the red band trailer reveal for the recently announced animated feature, Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge. The film hits digital streaming on April 12. That will be followed by a Blu-ray/DVD/4K Ultra HD release on April 28.

Mortal Kombat 11 is available now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and Windows PC.
