[PODCAST] 5th Edition D&D Actual Play – Eberron: Heirs of Destiny 12

This week we have some more technical issues primarily resulting in me not being heard after an hour. I address this in the preface, but just wanted to make sure you all had a chance to know before you listen. I now turn you over to our GM. ~ Senstaku

Hey folks! So, previously on Heirs of Destiny, our party of protagonists had uncovered an ancient schema, a piece of a pattern used to create magical objects, from an ancient House Cannith foundry in the depths of Sharn. The mission was requisitioned by Lady Elaydren d’Vown of House Cannith. The group then had to deal with a contract that had been put out on Elaydren’s life, which led them into conflict with a group known as the Order of the Emerald Claw.

That conflict led them to an underground temple area within the Sovereign Towers district of Sharn. There, Edwin discovered a book that had a disturbing amount of information regarding the group. They faced off with the Order’s leader within Sharn, Garrow, who managed to get away while the party fought several undead creatures. They then had to leave because they discovered a fire was raging from the records area of the temple.

Returning back to Elaydren’s home in the Cannith enclave, the group then had some time to discuss what all they’d seen. This led to several individual conversations throughout the night, including Branma having an encounter with Merrix d’Cannith, the leader of the Southern house, and Edwin having a few meetings he asked casual questions about their pasts. The party also had somewhat settled on leaving Sharn in order to investigate several other Cannith facilities where the other pieces of the schema may be.
