Project Scorpio Unveiled as the New Xbox One X Console

During today’s E3 2017 Xbox Briefing, Microsoft and Xbox finally unveiled the new Xbox One console, the Xbox One X. This is the console that was developed with the codename of Project Scorpio. You can check out the official reveal trailer below.

The Xbox One X will be fully 4K enabled, with 2160p frame buffers, High Dynamic Range and Wide Color Gamut. Xbox is also promising premium audio with 3D spatial sound. The console will also allow gamers to stream and record game clips at 4K and 60FPS. The console has six teraflops of processing power and 12GB GDDR5 graphic memory. It’s said to be “40% more powerful than any other console.”

The design looks similar to the Xbox One, and it’s also said to be the “smallest Xbox ever.” The Xbox One X arrives on November 7.
