April 11, 2017 | Posted by Joseph Lee

PC Gamer reports that starting today until April 18, ZeniMax will offer The Elder Scrolls Online for free, with “unrestricted access” to the Tamriel Unlimited base game and 500 Crowsns that can be used in the in-game story for pets, costumes, boosters and more. If you decide to buy the game once the free week is over, anything you create or earn will carry over.

The Tamriel Unlimited and Gold Edition (base game and the Imperial City, Orsinium, Thieves Guild, and Dark Brotherhood expansions) will be on sale during this week at the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Steam Store, and The Elder Scrolls Online Store. Tamriel Unlimited normally runs at $29.99 but is currently $12.89. Meanwhile, the Gold Edition normally runs at $59.99 but is now $35.99.
