A new lawsuit filed against Dana White alleges that the UFC President was the victim of a sex tape extortion case to the tune of $200,000. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Ernesto Joshua Ramos, who served 366 days in prison after pleading guilty to criminal charges of extortion in 2015, filed a suit claiming White was the victim of his crime in question.

Bizarrely, the purpose of Ramos’ lawsuit is because he claims White backed out of an an agreement to pay him $450,000 for pleading guilty to the crime and not naming him publicly. Ramos’ criminal case involved him with video footage of a “prominent Las Vegas businessman,” allegedly White, having sec with a dancer at an adult nightclub who is also Ramos’ girlfriend. Ramos says White paid the woman thousands of dollars for dances and sex at the Spearmint Rhino, a strip club. She then allegedly recorded a sex session with White that occurred when she went on an overseas trip with him.

White was not named in the initial criminal case. ROamos alleges that White and his lawyers offered Ramos the money to accept the guilty plea and keep quiet, but then refused to pay up. Ramos tried to rescind his guilty plea but was not allowed.

White said in a statement, “I just found out that a bulls**t lawsuit was filed against me yesterday. This guy went to federal prison for trying to extort me over five years ago. Now he’s hired a lawyer who is also a convicted felon, and he’s trying to extort me again for $10 million. He got no money from me last time and he won’t be getting any money from me this time. I look forward to the court dismissing this quickly so I can get rid of these scumbags forever.”
