According to a new report, ESPN and FOX Sports are teaming up to make a joint bid for the UFC’s TV rights. Variety reports that the two networks have joined forces in order to make an offer that would see ESPN willing to pay $120 million to $180 million, while FOX would see its part of offer come in around the $200 million range.

THe deal would see the two networks split up the company’s TV broadcasts, which would see FOX’s total UFC events decrease slilghtly. As many as fifteen UFC events could end up on ESPN’s ESPN+ streaming service, which runs $4.99 per month.

The UFC’s current deal with FOX is for $120 million on average, with next year’s last year of the contract running at $160 million. The UFC reportedly wanted $450 million for the TV rights. Reps for all three companies declined to comment on the story.
