Khabib Nurmagomedov Receives Jersey From Alexander Ovechkin

UFC lightweight contender Khabib Nurmagomedov revealed on his Instagram account that he received a special gift from NHL player Alexander Ovechkin. You can check out the photos the two posted on Instagram below.

Ovechkin gifted Nurmagomedov a special jersey with his name on it for the Washington Capitals at Saturday night’s game in San Jose, California. The Capitals were victorious against the San Jose Sharks at the game, which was held at the SAP Center.

Nurmagomedov is set to fight Tony Ferguson for the UFC lightweight title on April 7 at UFC 223. The fight will be held at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. The main card will be broadcast live on pay-per-view. Prelims will be shown on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
