The US Anti-Doping Agency has notified Muslim Salikhov of a potential anti-doping violation. The UFC announced the news in a statement on Friday, noting that the potential violation is due to an out-of-competition drug test conducted June 7th in Russia.
Salikhov noted on his Instagram page a couple of days ago that he was preparing for a UFC fight, according to MMAjunkie. Further details on the potential violation are not currently known.
Salikhov last fought in April, defeating Ricky Rainey in the second round of their UFC on FOX 29 bout.
