Professional Fighting League Announces Broadcast Deals With NBC Sports, Facebook

The Professional Fighting League has set new broadcast deals with NBC Sports Group and Facebook. The former WSOF announced on Tuesday that they have “reached exclusive multi-platform distribution agreements for 2018 with NBC Sports Group and Facebook,” per MMAjunkie.

The announcement also notes that Peter Murray is its new CEO and laid out plans for its 2018 schedule that includes seven regular season events and a playoff that will done in a bracket style. The post-season will feature a prize pool of $10 million, with twelve fighters in each of six weight classes. The first event takes place on June 7th and then the season will run on Thursdays after that. The main cards air on NBC Sports Network and prelims air on Facebook.
