A Quiet Place Sequel Bumped Up Two Months

Paramount Pictures is bringing us back to A Quiet Place a couple of months early. Bloody Disgusting reports that the studio has shifted the release date for the sequel to the 2018 horror film from May 15th, 2020 to March 20th.

John Krasinski is returning to write and direct the sequel, with Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe reprising the roles of the family from the first film. Cillian Murphy is joining the cast in a new role.

A Quiet Place was an enormous hit for Paramount, driving strong critical reviews and grossing $340.9 million on a production budget of $17 million.
