Adult Henry Bowers Cast In IT: Chapter Two

Variety reports that Teach Grant (Damnation) has been cast as adult Henry Bowers in IT: Chapter Two. Bowers has a big role in the second half of the book, but it remains to be seen how his apparent death in the film will be explained in the sequel. Meanwhile, Jess Weixler will play Audra, the wife of Bill Denbrough. The film stars Bill Skarsgard as Pennywise, James McAvoy as Bill, Jessica Chastain as Beverly, Bill Hader as Richie, Jay Ryan as Ben, James Ransone as Eddie, Isaiah Mustafa as Mike, Andy Bean as Stanely Uris, Xavier Dolan as Adrian Mellon and Will Beinbrink as Tom Rogan. Chapter Two is directed by Andy Muschietti from a script by Gary Dauberman. It will be released on September 6, 2019.

The film is set 27 years after the original, with the Loser’s Club returning to Derry, Maine as adults for one final confrontation with the demonic Pennywise the Dancing Clown.
