American Horror Story: 1984 Set to Premiere in September

American Horror Story will dive back into the 1980s starting in September. FX announced on Monday that American Horror Story: 1984 is set to premiere on September 18th on the network.
The season is AHS’ ninth overall season and follows last year’s American Horror Story: Apocalypse. The upcoming season is, as the title suggests, set in the 1980s and will see the return of Emma Roberts alongside Olympic gold medalist Gus Kenworthy and Billy Eichner. Details on the upcoming season’s storyline have yet to be revealed, though Murphy released a teaser (seen below) in April that strongly alluded to having a slasher-style theme.
