According to The Hollywood Reporter, Benicio del Toro will voice the villain Swiper in the upcoming live-action adaptation of popular children’s cartoon Dora the Exporter. Swiper usually showed up in every episode to steal Dora’s artifacts, but she forced him to stop by yelling “Swiper, no swiping,” which she encouraged the kids at home to do as well.

The movie wrapped production in Australia two weeks ago. It also stars Isabela Moner, Eva Longoria, Eugenio Derbez, Micke Moreno, Nicholas Coombe, Madeleine Madden, Adriana Barraza, Michael Pena, and Temueura Morrison. It will be directed by James Bobin and produced by Kristin Burr. It will be released on August 2, 2019 by Paramount Players, Nickelodeon and Walden Media.

Here’s a synopsis: The film’s story sees a high school-bound Dora finding herself leading Boots (her best friend, a monkey), Diego and a rag-tag group of teens on a Goonies-esque adventure to save her parents and solve the impossible mystery behind a lost Inca civilization.
