Brad Dourif to Reprise Role of Chucky in TV Series

When Chucky comes to SYFY and USA Network, he’ll have a very familiar voice. EW reports that Brad Dourif is set to reprise his role as the killer doll in Chucky, which is coming to the two networks next year.

Dourif voiced the evil doll in the 1988 film and all of its sequels. Mark Hamill took on the voice role for the 2019 remake.

The series released a teaser last week. The series is described as follows:

After a vintage Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, an idyllic American town is thrown into chaos as a series of horrifying murders begin to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the arrival of enemies and allies from Chucky’s past threatens to expose the truth behind the killings, as well as the demon doll’s untold origins as a seemingly ordinary child who somehow became this notorious monster.
