The trailer for the Jordan Peele-produced Candyman revival should be dropping soon, if the latest developmenta are any indication. Bloody Disgusting reports that the spiritual sequel’s trailer has been rated by the Alberta Film Ratings board, which suggests that it will be coming soon.

The most likely film for it to release in front would be this Friday’s The Invisible Man. The Hunt and A Quiet Place Part II are both releasing in the coming weeks, but with an June 12th release date stacked out for the film, sooner would obviously be better to start building awareness of the movie.

Nia DaCosta is directing the revial, which was co-written by Peele and stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Cassie Kramer, Teyonah Parris, and (reportedly) Tony Todd. The film returns to the neighborhood where the legend began: the now-gentrified section of Chicago where the Cabrini-Green housing projects, the setting of the first film, once stood.
