Captain Marvel Arrives With a New TV Spot

With the release of Captain Marvel coming in mere days, the marketing and hype machine is building up for the film. Walt Disney Studios and Marvel dropped another new TV spot this week, with some new footage, which you can check out below.

The latest MCU entry arrives on March 8. The superhero film is directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script by Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Liz Flahive & Carly Mensch and Anna Boden & Ryan Fleck. It stars Brie Larson, Jude Law, Ben Mendelsohn and Gemma Chan, Clark Gregg, Djimon Hounsou, Annette Benning and Lee Pace. Here’s a synopsis:

Set in the 1990s, Marvel Studios’ “Captain Marvel” is an all-new adventure from a previously unseen period in the history of the Marvel Cinematic Universe that follows the journey of Carol Danvers as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
