Captain Marvel Audiences React to Fan Theory Confirmation (SPOILERS)

Captain Marvel is out in theaters now. And with the film’s release, fans are taking to Twitter to react to one of the more controversial scenes in the film (h/t Hitfix). You can check out those reactions below.
The scene in question shows how Nick Fury loses his eye. Fans will remember that in Captain America: The Winter Soldier in one scene, Nick Fury tells Cap, “Last time I trusted someone, I lost an eye.” Well, these reactions basically reveal how that happen. Clearly, not all fans are happy with the revelation.
