Charlie Sheen is seeking a dismissal in his lawsuit against the National Enquirer over a story that claimed he raped Corey Haim. TMZ reports that Sheen has settled the lawsuit filed against the magazine for defamation after it published a story alleging that he raped Corey Haim on the set of Lucas in the 1980s. Both Sheen and Haim’s mother had denied the story.

The site says that the documents seeking a dismissal with prejudice were filed late last week in Los Angeles. Sources close to the situation said no money changed hands, but that both sides are satisfied with the terms of the settlement.
