The debut of HBO Max’s Peacemaker series is nearly here, and DC Entertainment dropped a new clip for the show, featuring a callback to a key moment from The Suicide Squad film involving the eponymous Peacemaker and the late Rick Flag. You can check out that new clip below.

The upcoming series stars John Cena, who reprises his role from last year’s The Suicide Squad. Written and directed by James Gunn, it premieres on January 13 on HBO Max. Here’s a synopsis:
