An update has been revealed correcting a previous report about Heels’ season two premiere plans. It was reported yesterday that the Starz drama was set to premiere on October 9th. PWInsider has since issued a correction noting that several sources at Starz have reached out to say that the series is not in fact premiering then, and that no premiere date has been announced.

The wrestling-themed drama reportedly began production back in February on the second season. It stars Stephen Amell, Alexander Ludwig, Alison Luff, Mary McCormack, Kelli Berglund, Allen Maldonado, James Harrison, Roxton Garcia, and Chris Bauer. Created by Michael Waldron (Loki), the series is described as follows:

Set in a tightly-knit Georgia community and telling the story of two brothers (played by Amell and Ludwig) chasing their dreams of becoming professional wrestlers and the people in their orbit, Heels is a gripping drama that tells the story of small town America like nothing else. Hear them discuss the making of the show — their intensive training, blurring the line between heroes and villains (or “heels,” as they’re called in the wrestling world), stories from behind the scenes, and more.
