Daniel Craig Says Bond 25 Is His Next Project

Variety reports that Daniel Craig has confirmed his next project will be Bond 25. This will be Craig’s fifth film as James Bond. Danny Boyle is rumored to direct, but Craig didn’t confirm that. He simply said that “we’ll see.” This concludes a long period of speculation about whether he would return or not. At one point he said he would “rather slash my wrists” than play Bond again, and would only do it “for the money.”

He revealed the news at the Opportunity Network’s charity auction which included Craig’s personal 2014 Aston Martin. The proceeds will go to the Opportunity Network, which supports underprivileged students who want higher education. Craig said he hoped the car would sell for “as much as possible.”
