Dave Bautista Says He’ll Be Back For Avengers 4 and Guardians of the Galaxy 3

If you have not seen Avengers: Infinity War, keep in mind there are major spoilers in this story. In an interview with Collider, Dave Bautista spoke about his future as Drax in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, revealing that he’ll be back for Avengers 4 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.

He said: “I got a lot of texts saying, ‘I can’t believe you’re dead, your character is dead.’ They were really like heartbroken and I was like ‘I’m gonna be in [Avengers] 4. I’m gonna be in Guardians 3.’ I don’t know how they’re bringing me back, yeah but somehow I’m going to make it because, as far as I know, I am going to be in Guardians 3, so I have to be back.”

At the end of Infinity War, Rocket was the only Guardian left alive with the rest disintegrating (or just murdered in the case of Gamora) after Thanos erased half of the life in the universe. It remains to be seen how or if the heroes will be brought back in the next film.
