Looks like Mulder is getting into witchcraft, as David Duchovny has joined the cast of Blumhouse’s reboot of The Craft. Deadline reports that Duchovny has signed into a role in the film, joining the previously-announced Cailee Spaeny, Gideon Adlon, Lovie Simone, Zoey Luna and Nicholas Galitzine. Details on Duchovny’s role are not yet known.

Zoe Lister-Jones is writing and directing the reimagining of the 1996 film, which became a cult classic and starred Robin Tunney, Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell, Christine Taylor, Rachel True, and Skeet Ulrich. It followed Sarah (Tunney), a girl who newly arrives at a Catholic prep high school and becomes friends with three outcast girls who are practicing witches. When Nancy (Balk) leads the group down a dangerous path, Sarah must realize her own power and stand up to the trio.
