Disney Sets Release Dates For Six New Marvel Films & More

Disney has their Marvel Cinematic Universe release dates set through 2022. The company has announced the release dates of several new films, including six as-yet-unrevealed Marvel movies. In addition to previously-announced placeholder that is being moved from August 7th, 2020 to July 31st of that year, the studio has Marvel films set for May 7, 2021; July 30, 2021; November 5, 2021; February 18, 2022; May 6, 2022; and July 29, 2022.

Also announced on Thursday was the live-action Mulan, which will now hit on March 27, 2020. Nicole, which stars Anna Kendrick, has been removed from their release schedule while untitled live-action films have been set for October 4, 2019; November 8, 2019; February 14, 2020; May 29, 2020 (previously April 3, 2020); October 9, 2020; December 23, 2020; February 12, 2021; May 28, 2021; July 9, 2021; October 8, 2021; December 22, 2021; May 27, 2022; July 8, 2022; November 4, 2022; December 16, 2022, and February 17, 2023. An animated film is now scheduled for November 23, 2022 as well.

Finally, Disney has moved an unnamed Pixar film from March 13, 2020 to March 6, 2020, and set two other Pixar films for March 18, 2022 and June 17, 2022.

The move comes the same day as the studio moved Avengers: Infinity War from May 4th of this year to April 27th.
