Donald Trump Files Defense In Apprentice Sexual Assault Lawsuit

TMZ reports that Donald Trump has filed a defense in the lawsuit against him by former Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos. Zervos sued Trump for defamation. Trump claimed that Zervos was lying when she claimed that he sexually assaulted her during a 2007 business meeting at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Zervos couldn’t sue for sexual assault because of the statute of limitations. But once Trump called it “totally made up nonsense,” she sued for defamation and called the President a “sexual predator.”

Trump is sticking to his claims that she is lying and says the truth is his defense.
