Extras Kept In Subway Car For Hours On Set Of Joker
October 10, 2018 | Posted by
TMZ reports that extras on the set of Joker were allegedly locked in a subway car for over three hours, leading to some of them urinating on the tracks. They were filming a scene at a station in Brooklyn and were said to be turned down for their break after two-hours. They started to bang on the subway doors, demanding to be let out so others could use the rest room. They were denied, so they began to urinate through the spaces between cars.
The SAG has received a complaint about the break time violation and sent a representative to the set to monitor things. SAG will continue to watch the film’s production and Warner Bros. is investigating.
