The creators of Cobra Kai are working on a spinoff film from the 1980s classic Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Deadline reports that Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald are producing Sam and Victor’s Day Off, a film that spins out of the events of the iconic Matthew Broderick comedy about a teenager who takes a day off from school with his friends. Paramount Pictures is behind the film, with Bill Posley, who wrote several episodes of Cobra Kai, writing the film.

The film will reportedly follow the titular characters, who were originally portrayed by Richard Edson and Larry Jenkins. If you’re having trouble remembering Sam and Victor, they were the valets who ended up in the Ferrari that is owned by Cameron’s dad and take it for a joyride.

Casting details have yet to be revealed.
