Michael Myers is back on the prowl, as Blumhouse has begun production on Halloween Kills. The studio revealed on Reddit that the sequel to 2018’s Halloween began shooting on Tuesday, as you can see below.

David Gordon Green is back to direct the film, which will star Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, Judy Greer as Karen, Andi Matichak as Allyson, Anthony Michael Hall as Tommy Doyle, Kyle Richards as Lindsey Wallace, Jibrail Nantambu as Julian, and Robert Longstreet as Lonnie Elam. The film is the second of a trilogy that will directly follow on the events of last year’s direct sequel to the 1978 original, a story that will conclude in Halloween Ends.

Halloween Kills will release on October 16th, 2020.
