The man behind Gregor Clegane is known for bringing his prodigious strength to more than just crushing skulls, and has now set a new deadlifting world record. Variety reports that Hafthor Bjornsson, who played the giant (and eventually undead) known as The Mountain on Game of Thrones, set a new record with a lift of 1,104 pounds at Thor’s Power Gym in Iceland on Saturday.

Bjornsson posted video of the eyebrow-raising lift to his Instagram account, and you can see it below. It’s the latest feat for a man who has been known not only for The Mountain, but for his participation in strongman events including a win in the World’s Strongest Man competition in 2018.
