Hiro Murai In Talks To Direct Science Fiction Thriller Man Alive

Hiro Murai is reportedly in talks to direct 20th Century Fox’s upcoming sci-fi thriller Man Alive. Deadline reports that Murai (Atlanta, This Is America) will make his directorial debut with the film, which centers on the events following the invasion of earth by an alien species when a man faced with isolation and loneliness in order to survive realizes he might not be alone after all. Matt Reilly will be overseeing the film for Fox.

In addition to his work on FX’s Atlanta and Childish Gambino’s music video “This Is America,” Murai has directed on shows like Barry, Snowfall, and Legion.
