Indiana Jones 5 In Pre-Production, Filming To Begin This Spring

The next Indiana Jones is in pre-production and will begin filming in the spring. During today’s Disney Investor Day, it was announced that the James Mangold-directed film will see Harrison Ford return for the titular role.

The film is currently set to release on July 29th, 2022. The film has been in the works for a while and was set to release in 2021 at one point before being pushed back.

Plot details on the new film have yet to be revealed. At one point Chris Pratt was said to be in talks for the film, but that has not been confirmed and no mention was made of that today.
