Jack Kesy To Play Lead in Hellboy: The Crooked Man

Millennium Media has its new Hellboy, casting Jack Kesy as the demonic hero in Hellboy: The Crooked Man. Deadline reports that Kesy will play Hellboy in the upcoming reboot, which will be directed by Brian Taylor from a script by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola and Chris Golden.
Kesy is best known for his role as Black Tom Cassidy in Deadpool 2, and also starred as rock star-turned-vampire host Gabriel Bolivar in FX’s The Strain. The film is set to shoot in the coming months.
As reported last month, the film is based on the 2008 comic arc and will see Hellboy and a rookie BPRD agent stranded in 1950s rural Appalachia. There, they discover a small community haunted by witches, led by a local devil with a troubling connection to Hellboy’s past in the Crooked Man.
