Jeff Bezos and Wife Did Not Have a Prenuptial Agreement, $137 Billion Fortune To Be Split

Amazon founder and CEO Jeff Bezos did not have a prenuptial agreement with his soon-to-be ex-wife MacKenzie Bezos, according to a new report. TMZ reports that the couple will split their fortune right down the line in their divorce, which will be filed in Washington where the community property rule is in effect.

Community property dictates that all all earnings and income during the marriage are split 50/50. The couple married in 1993, when Bezos had not yet become a millionaire. He is currently worth $137 billion dollars, which includes 400,000 acres of property. That makes the two among the biggest landholders in the USA.

Bezos is dating Lauren Sanchez, the former host of So You Think You Can Dance. The couple began dating in the later part of 20198 after they had separated from their respective spouses.
