John Carpenter Hints At Prince of Darkness TV Series For Shudder

In an interview with Consequence of Sound, director John Carpenter hinted at a possible TV series for Shudder based on his 1987 film Prince of Darkness.

He said: “We’re talking to them about doing a theme. And maybe doing a show for them. What would you think about Prince of Darkness as a TV show? Well, maybe. Maybe not. I don’t know. I’m not going to tell you. I’m not going to tell you.”

The original film starred Donald Pleasance and featured a team of researchers looking at a cylinder at an abandoned church that may contain the Devil himself.
