Lionsgate To Release Angel Has Fallen In August 2019

Coming Soon reports that Lionsgate will release Angel Has Fallen, the third film in the series featuring Olympus Has Fallen and London Has Fallen, on August 23, 2019. It is directed by Ric Roman Waugh from a script by Creighton Rothenberger and Katrin Benedikt. It stars Gerard Butler as Mike Banning, who is the target of a terrorist attack while on Air Force One. The film also features Morgan Freeman, Jada Pinkett Smith, Lance Reddick, Piper Perabo, Mark Gill, Matt O’Toole, Alan Siegel, and John Thompson. Avi Lerner, Christine Ota, and Trevor Short will executive produce.
