Loki Season Two To Begin Filming This Summer
Filming on the second season of the Disney+ Loki series will get underway this summer, according to a new report. Backstage reports that production on the hit MCU show’s second season will begin this summer at Pinewood Studios in the UK.
Details on the new season have yet to be revealed, and it isn’t currently known if head writer Michael Waldron will be back. Kate Herron, who directed season one, will not return as she is busy with other projects. Tom Hiddleston is assumed to be returning, though it is not yet clear if everyone else will be.
The first season was a big hit on Disney+ both commercially and critically. Taking place after Avengers: Endgame, it found the titular character arrested by the Time Variance Authority due his being a “variant” of a timeline that wasn’t supposed to happen.
