Michael Biehn Joins The Mandalorian Season Two as a New Bounty Hunter

The true Kyle Reese himself, Michael Biehn, is heading to a galaxy far, far away via The Mandalorian. THR reports that Biehn, best known for his roles as Reese in The Terminator and Corporal Hicks in Aliens, is set to appear in the second season of the Star Wars Disney+ series as an as-yet-unrevealed bounty hunter. Details on his role are not known beyond that. He joins Rosario Dawson, who will play Ahsoka Tano, as new members of the cast for the series.

In addition to Terminator and Aliens, Biehn established himself as a reliable genre character actor with roles in The Abyss, Navy SEALs, Tombstone and The Rock. He also appeared in the “Planet Terror” portion of Grindhouse and has mostly been doing small-budget fare over the last several years.

The Mandalorian is currently scheduled to return for its second season in October.
