Michael Jai White Hints At Sequel To Black Dynamite

In a post on Twitter, Michael Jai White shared a teaser for a sequel to Black Dynamite, with a 2018 release date.

Black Dynamite is an homage/send-up of blaxploitation films from the 70s. The film was directed by Scott Sanders from a script he wrote with White and Byron Minns. It was made on a $3 million budget and became a cult hit, leading to an animated series on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim that lasted for two seasons from 2011 to 2015. In the film, CIA agent Black Dynamite (White) works to avenge the death of his brother.
