Netflix Goes Retro In Teaser For Cowboy Bebop Series

Netflix has dropped a new frame-busting teaser to preview their upcoming Cowboy Bebop series. The streamer released the teaser video on Wednesday, which you can check out below and features Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), and Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda) in action as they hunt down bounties and snipe at each other. The teaser is done as an original short instead of your standard teaser previewing a ton of footage from the project.

The series releases in the US on November 19th and also stars Alex Hassell as Vicious, who is briefly glimpsed in the teaser. It is described as follows:

Cowboy Bebop is an action-packed space Western about three bounty hunters, aka “cowboys,” all trying to outrun the past. As different as they are deadly, Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), and Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda) form a scrappy, snarky crew ready to hunt down the solar system’s most dangerous criminals — for the right price. But they can only kick and quip their way out of so many scuffles before their pasts finally catch up with them.
