New ‘Scoundrels’ Featurette Released for Solo: A Star Wars Story

Lucasfilm has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for Solo: A Star Wars Story, which hits theaters later tonight. You can check out the new “Scoundrels” featurette video in the player below.

The new video offers a brief look at the featured outlaw characters showcased in the new movie. Solo: A Star Wars Story officially opens in theaters tomorrow. You can check out 411mania’s official review of the film RIGHT HERE.

The new standalone Star Wars anthology movie is directed by Ron Howard (who took over from Phil Lord and Christopher Miller) from a script by Lawrence and Jon Kasdan. It stars Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, Joonas Suotamo and Paul Bettany. It will be released on May 25. Here’s a synopsis:

“Board the Millennium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy. Through a series of daring escapades deep within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga’s most unlikely heroes.”
