Plot Revealed For The Flash‘s 100th Episode

TVLine reports that the CW has released the synopsis for the 100th episode of The Flash, which will take viewers back in time for key moments in Barry’s life. The episode, called “What’s Past is Prologue,” airs on December 4. It will be the last episode before the Elseworlds crossover with Arrow and Supergirl and will also be the midseason finale.

Barry and Team Flash come up with a plan to stop Cicada. However, the plan calls for Barry and Nora to travel back in time to gather some key necessities. However, Barry hesitates, concerned about his daughter seeing certain parts of his life. Meanwhile, Sherloque takes his concerns about Nora to Iris, and Caitlin turns up a key asset in the fight against Cicada.

Season two villain Zoom will return for the episode, which voice actor Tony Todd confirmed at a recent convention. Zoom will be one of several villains who are “wanting a piece of Barry.”
